  • Who is eligible for Foundation Sober Living?

    Adults who are nearing completion of, or have completed, an Intensive Outpatient or Outpatient treatment program within the last six months may be eligible, provided they can maintain sobriety, follow house rules, and meet the program’s resident criteria.

  • Do residents need to have completed treatment with Together We Can?

    Foundation Sober Living was created by Together We Can to support people completing drug or alcohol treatment, including people outside the original TWC primary-care pathway.

  • Where are the sober living homes located?

    Foundation Sober Living homes are described by BC 211 as being located throughout the Lower Mainland, Victoria, and Terrace.

  • What support is provided in the residences?

    Homes are staffed by live-in managers, and residents are expected to follow individualized after-care plans, attend recovery meetings, participate in weekly in-house meetings, and meet program expectations.

  • How do I apply?

    Call intake at 604-451-9854 or use the application form. Applicants should be ready to complete Foundation Sober Living paperwork, agree to the house rules, and provide permission for communication with Together We Can staff where required.
